Here's what you need to know:

Important information on upcoming sports physicals:
Beacon Orthopaedics Pre-Participation Sports Physicals
Cost: $20 Cash or Check Only - made payable to Beacon Orthopaedics - $10 will go back to OH Athletic Dept
Date: May 15, 6 p.m.-7, :30 p.m.
Location: Beacon West Offices, 6480 Harrison Ave, Cincinnati 45247
*Students entering grades 6th-12th may participate
**Each Student must have the History pages of the OHSAA physical form signed and completed by a parent or guardian!
**Please wear athletic attire and your contacts/glasses if you have them.
