The College Board announced that Oak Hills High School has been named to the 2024 Advanced Placement® Program (AP®) School Honor Roll, earning BRONZE distinction.

The AP School Honor Roll recognizes schools whose AP programs are delivering results for students while broadening access. Schools can earn this recognition annually based on criteria that reflect a commitment to increasing college-going culture, providing opportunities for students to earn college credit, and maximizing college readiness.

  • Oak Hills High School had 45% of seniors who took at least one AP Exam during high school, 33% of seniors scoring a 3 or higher on at least one AP Exam, and 17% of seniors who took five or more AP Exams!  Oak Hills High School has:

    27 AP Courses
47 sections of AP classes are taught
27 teachers who instruct AP courses

“We are very proud of the hard work and effort of the Oak Hills students and teachers! Each year they challenge themselves fully in their academic endeavors.  Beyond this impressive honor, Oak Hills had a nearly 80% passage rate for all exams!  This passage rate has increased each of the past five years,” according to House Principal and AP curriculum coordinator at Oak Hills High School, Scott E. Toon.
