Early Information Technology Program
Offered in Partnership by the University of Cincinnati & Oak Hills HS
What is the Early IT Program?
The Early Information Technology Program is an innovative partnership between the University of Cincinnati and Oak Hills High School. It challenges the status quo for college ACCESS & AFFORDABILITY while significantly increasing the quantity, quality, and diversity of IT Talent.
Students complete their first year of college while still in high school. The program reduces the number of years to graduate and the total cost. All students who complete their first year of classes in high school and complete these classes with a C or above average will be automatically admitted to the University of Cincinnati Information Technology program.
"By breaking down the barriers between K-12 and higher education, that is an innovation that is going to keep our society healthy."
~Neville Pinto, UC President
