OHHS Marching Band Returns to BOA Louisville!

The OHHS Marching Band participated in its 2nd ever "BOA" (Bands of America) event this past Saturday at the University of Louisville. BOA
We performed along with 25 other bands from 6 different states, many of whom have been doing this activity at the highest level for dozens of years, and our students had their best run of the young season, showcasing terrific energy and poise. Of our nearly 100 Competitive Marching Band members this season, this was the very first competitive comperformance for 41 of them! If you have any marching band members in your classes, please congratulate them on this historic moment and for their great performance!
Thank you to all staff, admins, parent volunteers, & extended Oak Hills Band supporters (and spouses 
) who helped make this happen. It was another eye-opening and life-changing experience for our students, and we are so thankful and appreciative to have had this opportunity.

The OHHS Marching Band kicks off its MSBA Competitive season on 9/30 @ Simon Kenton HS, followed by Campbell County HS on 10/14, West Clermont HS on 10/28, and concludes with the MSBA 4A Championships at Kings HS on 11/4.
