From the Nurses at OHHS: Information on medication drop off
Dear Parents,
Medication Drive up Drop Off- August 26, 2020 9am - 12pm @ OHHS-Media center
We have put together a safe and efficient plan for your student’s medication and doctor’s orders to be dropped off . This plan is an option, and is a drive-up. Please do not get out of your car. A nurse will be outside the building near the bus lane zone, right next to the Media center double doors.

Some very important reminders----
We CANNOT accept medications without the Physician's Orders and Parent signature. Please make your appointment with your physician as soon as possible. You may drop off any type of medication and orders such as daily, as needed medication such as Tylenol or ibuprofen or any emergency medicine.
Any diabetic student will need to have their Back to School packet completely filled out with signatures from parent and Physician, 8 snack packets for 8 bells and supplies for the HR.
*Please make sure that you check the medication expiration dates prior to drop off.
*Please do not drop any medications off to the Main Office as they cannot accept.
