Highlander GMC Athletes of the Week
Congratulations to the Highlanders who were named GMC Athletes of the Week!
 
Adrianna Combs                 Girls' Golf            Jr.               
Adrianna is off to an incredible start! In the Sycamore Invitational, she shot just 4 over par at Walden Ponds & placed 6th out of 95 golfers! The next day, she placed 6th out of 90 golfers at Brown's Run Country Club. And the next day, she earned MEDALIST at Miami Whitewater with 14 teams and 74 individuals!
 
Emma Knue              Girls' Soccer                       Sr.
Emma is a senior goalkeeper who has been a great leader for us this preseason, on and off the field. Her positivity, always encouraging others, and work rate has really helped the Highlanders team this preseason. She has a 3.8 GPA and takes full time classes at Diamond Oaks.
 
Cade Sauer               Boys' Golf              Fr.
Freshman Cade Sauer shoots 76 in the Beechwood Inv. and 79 in the Connor Inv. to lead the Highlanders to 2 top 10 finishes.
 
Adin Brinker                  Boys' Golf                Jr.
Junior co-captain Adin Brinker shoots 74 & 82 in the Beechwood & Connor Inv. to secure 2 top 10 finishes for the Highlanders.  
 
Jade Schoenlaub                 Girls' Cross Country                 Jr
In just her first year running Cross Country, Jade has shown to be a supportive, outgoing and dedicated runner. She always brings a positive attitude and smile to practice. You can already see that she will not only be a skilled athlete but also an excellent teammate.
 
Adam Hoeting     Boys' Soccer      Sr.
Adam is a second year varsity defender and has prepared well over the past year. He has had a solid summer, helping lead a new defensive back line with his consistency. Adam has a 3.58 GPA.  
 
Ty Kramer              Boys' Soccer                  Sr.
Ty is entering his senior year on a mission. He has made huge strides and will be a versatile outside mid and defender for Oak Hills this season. He leads through consistently high effort, pushing his teammates to excel on a daily basis.
